REFORMER PILATES

Our Reformer Pilates classes offer a dynamic workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance posture.

POSTNATAL PILATES

Our Postnatal classes will help you rebuild strength and your core muscles. Stretch, strengthen and realign your body, leaving you feeling better physically and mentally. Come solo to a postnatal class or book a class with doula support for your baby.

PREGNANCY PILATES

Our Pregnancy classes support your changing body in a way that’s safe for you and your baby in each trimester. Prepare your body and mind for birth, building strength, improving mobility and easing discomfort.

KIN PILATES IS MORE THAN JUST A STUDIO, it’s a COMMUNITY.

I joined KIN’s postnatal Pilates class about 2 months after the birth of my second. 8 weeks of sessions and my core feels so much stronger.
