Find the perfect class to match your experience, pace and preference, from private sessions, reformer, pregnancy and postnatal pilates classes to pop-up workshops and events.

1. Pregnancy Reformer Pilates

Our Pregnancy Reformer classes support your changing body in a way that’s safe for you and your baby in each trimester. Prepare your body and mind for birth, building strength, improving mobility and easing common pregnancy discomforts with safe exercises for you and your baby from our expert instructors.

2. POSTNATAL REFORMER PILATES

Our Postnatal Reformer classes are designed to help you reintroduce exercise in a safe way after giving birth to regain strength and your core muscles. Our expert instructors will help you stretch and realign your body after the changes from pregnancy, leaving you feeling better physically and mentally. Because of the changes to your core muscles during pregnancy, we strongly recommend booking at least one Postnatal Core class before joining Postnatal Reformer.

3. PostNATAL REFORMER PILATES with doula

Our Postnatal Reformer class, with doula support. These classes offer dedicated in-room support from a trained doula, so you can focus on building strength knowing your little one is in safe hands. Suitable for babies 6 weeks-6 months. Because of the changes to your core muscles during pregnancy, we strongly recommend booking at least one Postnatal Core class first. Please note: Classes with doula support are only available on our monthly memberships.

4. REFORMER PILATES

A dynamic workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and enhance posture. This is the next level up for anyone attending our Postnatal Reformer classes!

it’s normal to have QUESTIONS BEFORE your FIRST PILATES CLASS.

Find all the answers you need here, or get in touch if you need any other information before coming along.

  • We welcome all levels, including beginners. With our small class sizes (max 6 people), our instructors can provide plenty of guidance for newcomers. We'll guide you through everything you need to know, so you’ll feel confident from the start!

    If you’re joining us after having a baby, you should start with a Postnatal Core class before joining a Postnatal Reformer Pilates class.

  • Just bring yourself and maybe a bottle of water! If you’re attending a doula support class, we have bouncers and toys for the babies, but feel free to bring along anything extra to help keep them happy.

  • Wear something you can comfortably move in. Leggings or shorts and a fitted top are ideal, and grippy socks work best (but bare feet are fine too).

  • Our Pregnancy Reformer Pilates classes are designed for every stage of pregnancy. If you're in your first trimester and already active, you're welcome to start with a regular Reformer Pilates class and switch to Pregnancy classes when you're ready.

  • If you feel ready to exercise, you can start with our Postnatal Core classes from 6 weeks postpartum. Our Postnatal Reformer classes are perfect from around 8 weeks after birth. For C-section recovery, please ensure your scar is fully healed before starting any exercise.
